Roast pork in beer – Arista di maiale

1 Kilo pork,
2 potatoes cut in small pieces,
2 onions in small pieces,
1 clove garlic.

Cook  veg in extra virgin olive for a few minuts with rosemary & sage.
Lay in a casserole placing the meat on top. s & p.
Pour in 3/4 a  bottle of beer and cook in the oven uncovered for about 3/4hr.
