Pennette with fava, peas & pecorino

100gr new peas
100gr fava beans
bunch rucola
1 onion
grated pecorino
olive oil
s & p

Cook the onion in 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil, add beans & peas.
Cook gently for about 15”,s & p and if needed add a bit of vegetable broth or water.
Bring the water to the boil and cook the fusilli.
Drain & add to the vegetables with the rucola & pecorino cheese, mix & serve.
