Palline di formaggio aromatizzate – Cheese balls

Mix together 150gr ricotta cheese and 15gr gorgonzola, slowly add some creamy yogurt until quite solid.

Grind 3 walnuts & add. After forming little balls with your hands, roll them in a mixture of sesame seeds & ground pistacchio nuts, or sweet paprika or chives.

Keep in the fridge until ready to serve covered with cling film.
