Through the changing seasons enjoy a hands-on lesson. Francesca guides you through beginning with hand made pasta. We’ll begin by making handmade pasta to shape into ravioli stuffed with spinach and buffalo ricotta and taglietelle and its accompanied sauce. Learn how to make gnocchi, stewed roman artichokes, fried zucchini flowers, tiramisu without eggs and saltimboca alla Romana or whatever the menu of the day is.
Evening classes can be arranged and you are welcome to invite guests for the meal.
