125gr soft butter
125gr icing sugar
pinch salt 2 eggs
130gr grated almonds
Peel, core and cut the pears into slices. Cook in a pan with 30gr sugar simmering slowly for 10′. Cool & discard liquid.
Beat the butter, sugar & salt till creamy. Add eggs while continuing to beat, add rest of ingredients except the pears.
Line a pastry tin with oven paper, pour in mixture & lay pears on top.
Bake in a hot oven at 180° for about 30′.
